Third-Party Vendor Fulfillment

Some or all products sold by Blossom & Birch are sourced, fulfilled, and shipped by trusted third-party vendors, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners.

Because of this, items may ship separately, arrive in different packaging, or have different processing and delivery times. Return eligibility may also depend on the supplier’s policies, product type, and condition of the item received.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests on eligible items within 15 of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, if applicable
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of boutique items, third-party fulfillment, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry, accessories, hair accessories, hats, or intimate items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned outside the approved return window
  • Items sent back without prior approval

Blossom & Birch reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 15 days of delivery at blossomandbirch54724@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate. Because some products are fulfilled by third-party vendors, we may need to confirm the issue with the supplier before resolving the claim.

Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label unless we have instructed you to do so. Since some items ship directly from third-party suppliers, the return address may be different from the original shipping address.

Returns sent without approval may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or the supplier’s error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Blossom & Birch.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 30 for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Refunds may exclude:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Rush processing fees
  • Route/package protection fees, if applicable
  • Any items that do not meet return requirements

Exchanges

Because inventory is managed by third-party vendors and availability can change quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us at blossomandbirch54724@gmail.com. If the item is available and eligible, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or instructions for placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because some orders are sent directly to third-party vendors for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at blossomandbirch54724@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Blossom & Birch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or contacting the carrier when possible.

Product Variations

Since some items are sourced from third-party vendors, slight variations in color, size, packaging, fabric, material, or design may occur. These minor differences are not considered defects.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Notice

Any item marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Custom, Personalized, or Digital Download is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
