Third-Party Vendor Fulfillment
Some or all products sold by Blossom & Birch are sourced, fulfilled, and shipped by trusted third-party vendors, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners.
Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately, arrive at different times, or come in different packaging. Shipping times may also vary depending on the product, vendor location, product availability, and carrier service.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 after payment has been received.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take longer than usual.
Because some orders are sent directly to third-party vendors for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the item, supplier, shipping carrier, and destination.
Estimated shipping timeframes are typically:
Domestic Orders: 5-7 business days
International Orders: 7-14 business days if applicable
Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, vendor delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers or fulfillment locations.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages for one order. Separate shipments do not mean that items are missing from your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs may vary based on:
- Product type
- Package weight
- Shipping destination
- Vendor or fulfillment location
- Shipping method selected at checkout
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Blossom & Birch or required by law.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.
Please allow [24–72 hours] for tracking updates to appear after a tracking number has been issued.
If tracking has not updated right away, this does not always mean the package has not shipped. Some carriers may take additional time to scan packages into their system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Blossom & Birch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at blossomandbirch54724@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted to a vendor or carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Blossom & Birch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
We will do our best to assist you, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays can happen and may be outside of our control.
Delays may be caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Customs processing
- Supplier or vendor delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur.
Damaged Packages or Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at blossomandbirch54724@gmail.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
Claims submitted outside the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
International Shipping
At this time,Blossom & Birch ships to United States.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, VAT, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Preorders or Backordered Items
If an item is listed as a preorder or backordered item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description when available.
Preorder and backorder shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier availability, production delays, or shipping delays.
Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because some products are fulfilled by third-party vendors, we cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has been submitted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at blossomandbirch@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
